The terms below cover every job we take on in Ealing and the areas next to it. By booking, you accept them.
Prices and quotes
We quote from the details you give us about the property. If what we find on arrival is materially different, such as extra rooms or soiling that needs specialist treatment, we tell you before starting and either agree a new price or leave without charging.
Paying for the work
Half the price is taken as a deposit to secure the booking, at least 24 hours before the visit, and the other half is due once the work is finished. We take card and bank transfer.
Changes and cancellations
There is no charge to cancel or rearrange if you tell us 24 hours or more beforehand. Later than that, or when we are unable to get access at the time agreed, a charge for the cleaner’s time may apply.
Access and keys
You are responsible for providing access. If you leave a key with us it is held securely and returned on request. Parking charges or permits, where the street requires them, are passed on at cost.
Putting things right
If something about the work is not as you expected, contact us straight away and we will go through it with you.
Limits of liability
We cannot accept liability for damage that was there before we arrived, for items that fail because they were already worn or faulty, or for marks that normal cleaning will not shift. Where we notice any of these, we will tell you.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
