This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.
What we collect
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use it to give you a quote, to book the clean and to keep in touch with you about that booking. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, followed by our legitimate interest in running the job.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Sharing
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. Our website runs on a third-party host, and anything sent through the form goes securely to our booking system.

Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it erased. Ring 020 8077 9140 and we will take care of it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are not satisfied.
