No problem. We work seven days a week and even during the national and bank holidays.

We cover quite a large area in West London including Acton and Hanwell as well.

When can I get in touch with you?

Our call centre works from Monday to Saturday, 09.00-17.00. At any other time you can leave us an email or voice mail and we will call back as soon as possible.

How do I cancel an appointment?

We need to receive a written notice of the cancellation no less than 24 hours before the procedure itself.

What kind of carpet cleaning materials do I need to provide?

We will take care of the carpet cleaning materials and equipment. All you have to provide is electricity and running water.
